BC Development was selected over several teams to redevelop, lease and manage this prime Liberty, Missouri retail location. The developer’s scope of services includes financing, site zoning, acquisition, coordination of all architectural and engineering activities, negotiation of documents and agreements, input as to Tax Increment Financing projections, oversight of design and construction, and pre-opening marketing. Dan Carr and Rick Baier were the project developers responsible for securing this redevelopment opportunity with the City of Liberty. Construction of the project commenced in 2004.Upon completion the project will contain over 350,000 square feet of retail space.
