BC Development handled the development of the Eisenhower Crossing Shopping Center in Lansing, Kansas. Eisenhower Crossings is a 35 acre master planned development consisting of retail and office. The first phase was a 47,000 square foot medical office building and 23,000 square feet of retail space. BC Development provided development services for the site including daily management activities, financing, platting, architect and contractor selection, project administration as well as tenant improvement oversight.
