The U.S. General Services Administration awarded BC Development Co. and Hoefer Wysocki Architects LLC, two design-build and finance projects. The 120,000-square feet Jacksonville, Florida FBI Field Office has an estimated construction cost of $33 million. The 50,000-square feet DHS Immigration & Customs Enforcement Building in Denver, Colorado is expected to cost more than $9 million. The BC Development and HWA collaboration competed with more than 20 development teams.
