This 25,000 square foot, one-story building will be part of a 20 acre, mixed-use business park. BC Development is currently handling the preliminary planning stages of this development. The site is owned by a Limited Liability Company known as Ottawa Medical Developers. Members of the LLC include physicians from Ottawa Family Physicians Group and BC Development. The medical building will be the first of several other buildings to be built on the site.
