BC Development has completed a medical office building in Bolivar, Missouri consisting of 40,000 square feet in a joint venture with Citizens Memorial Hospital. Additional land is available for the construction of a second medical building. BC Development provided financing and development services for the project, including all management activities, platting, architect coordination, contractor selection, project administration as well as tenant improvement oversight. The project was completed in August 2007.
