Creekwood Professional Park is a four building 135,000 square foot medical park housing various medical groups, laboratories and a surgical center located on 10 acres in Kansas City, Missouri.

Principals of BC Development assisted in the development of Phase I in the park. They are now investors with several physicians in the ownership of the entire park. BC Development provides leasing, property management and construction management services for the ownership group. BC has also implemented a capital improvement program, an energy management program and a preventative maintenance program for the property and is also sourcing the refinancing for the property.
