The Sheraton Jefferson City Hotel and Convention Center will be the first project of its kind in Jefferson City, Missouri. Phase I of the project will include a full service Sheraton Hotel of approximately 250 to 300 rooms, 6,000 square feet of retail and 40,000 square feet of meeting and ballroom space.  The development will be accompanied by a 1,000 car parking garage. Phase II of the project will include; an expansion to the conference center, a 100,000 square foot office building and additional parking.  Still in the initial planning stages, the project is a partnership between the developers in conjunction with city and state officials working together towards the goal to impact the economy by creating a revenue generating asset to fund other City needs. The project is still in the feasibility stage.
