The Briarcliff Marriott Renaissance Hotel and Conference Center will be located in Kansas City Missouri. The Briarcliff Hotel is part of a 600 acre master planned community consisting of retail, office and luxury housing.  As part of a two building complex, the 197 room hotel will total 159,535 square feet; it includes conference centers totaling 34,205 and a hotel of 125,330 square feet. Included on the top two floors of the hotel will be 10 executive-style, fee simple condominiums.The Briarcliff hotel will be a state of the art facility. Throughout the entire property, eye catching design and sense of style will give an atmosphere and feel of luxury.
