BC Development was awarded the build-to-suit office for the Department of Homeland Security. The 5.09 acre parcel contains a leasable space of 47,356 square feet. It is a two-story suburban building located in Centennial Colorado. The project will break ground in fall of 2007, with completion slated for fall 2008. Inside, the lobby will contain polished granite floors with textured walls to compliment the design.

BC Development was able to incorporate quality interior materials to extend the useful life of the building and reduce maintenance issues in a high traffic building. BC Development pays close attention to detail and use only quality materials to achieve Class A buildings inside and out.
