Our courthouse design and approach creates an environment that is truly open and inviting to the public while remaining secure for the users. On our site, the entry is placed in such a way to be integrated with both access points to the site.
This process included an exciting yet challenging task to reduce this building’s size, yet keep all the magnificent architectural features and efficient layouts inside. BC Development is committed to providing top quality buildings to GSA because we have the uncompromising belief that GSA deserves the best for their tenants. Groundbreaking is scheduled for August 2007, with completion by December 2008.
