The General Services Administration on behalf of OSHA
(Occupational Safety and Health Administration) issued
a request for proposals for a 75,000 square foot,
single story, state of the art “green” laboratory
building, designed to be environmentally responsible.
The BC Development team was awarded the project in
July 2002 based upon quality and price factors and
an understanding of the client’s needs. The building
serves as a national technological and laboratory
facility for OSHA. The building was completed in February
2005. The building was awarded the US Green Building
Council LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental
Design) Silver Award.
